Lead Barista - Starbucks - Embassy Suites Tampa Downtown (Finance)

What will I be doing?

A lead barista provides excellent customer service, has in-depth knowledge of coffee equipment, products, and menu items. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, answering questions, making recommendations, preparing beverages according to standards, overseeing coffee shop operations, managing staff, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness. They also train other baristas, process transactions, follow recipes, and ensure excellent customer service.
