PENN Entertainment in Baton Rouge is seeking a Barista to greet guests, discuss the menu, and prepare beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm. You will engage customers, manage transactions, and help maintain a clean, efficient coffee station in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of a dynamic guest-service team.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits is not explicitly stated to be required beyond the listed responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
• Must be familiar with menu, preparation of drinks and food and prices.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Explain the ingredients to the coffee.
• Carry on a friendly conversation with the guests, as coffee is prepared.
• Prepare for the next shift by filling the supplies, cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and equipment.
• Work as a Barista making coffee, blended beverages, etc.
• Work the cash register and maintain an accurate bank, maintain cleanliness.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
