You will help maintain department standards and demonstrate the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in every interaction. Responsibilities include preparing espresso drinks, assisting customers with specialty beverages and whole bean options, and keeping the service area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Will be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to calmly, courteously, and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Must be a trained and certified barista.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beverages and whole bean coffee.
• Prepare a variety of espresso drinks and coffee beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing service area and equipment.
• Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Provide friendly, professional service and uphold Customer 1st Behavior.
