Responsabilidades

• Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests using proper equipment; tend transactions using company best practices.
• Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes; prevent shrink.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Use equipment in coffee shop (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) and inventory ingredients.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Follow safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
