The Cox Medical Center Branson is seeking a Lead Barista to manage the espresso bar operations. You will deliver prompt service, quality beverages, and maintain a welcoming setting for customers.

Role includes directing and training staff, supervising daily tasks, and overseeing labor and inventory management to ensure smooth bar operations during the day shift in Branson, MO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in food services or prior barista/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the espresso bar with prompt service and quality products.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
• Direct, train and supervise staff; manage labor and inventory for the espresso bar.
• Comply with Missouri Food Code in all processes.

Job Description

The Lead Barista is responsible for day to day operation of the espresso bar by consistently providing customers with prompt service, quality products while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job duties include directing, training, and supervising staff to accomplish all daily tasks, including preparation of products, labor and inventory management of the espresso bar.

Acts in accordance with the Missouri Food Code in regards to all processes.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

• Preferred: 2+ years experience in food services OR previous barista or leadership experience

• Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
• Able to stand for long periods of time
