Job summary

Coffee Dose is seeking a Lead Barista to guide the team and oversee daily cafe operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. This full-time position requires leadership, fast-paced service, and outstanding customer care.

You will coordinate schedules, enforce procedures, and act as a liaison between staff and management. Ideal candidates have prior coffee experience, supervision history, and a knack for quick decision-making.

Dose in a Box is hunting for an experienced Lead Barista to join our rapidly growing brand. Specialty coffee and restaurant experience is a requirement!

Dose in a Box is not your grandma's coffee shop. Though we offer the same quality of drinks as a third-wave cafe, we make it a fun and unforgettable experience.

Coffee Dose is a safe place for the coffee connoisseur, the instagrammer, and the basic b*tch.

The Lead Barista is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the team, as well as making schedules, enforcing procedures, making sure the cafe is running efficiently, being the point of contact between staff & upper management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate:

• Does not think cussing is unprofessional (our coffee is filtered, we are not)

• Not afraid to do any job
• Ensures that store is operating at or above standards
• Works closely with the teams and general manager to ensure daily upkeep, streamlined communication, and excellent customer service
• Can step in as acting manager when needed

Pay: $19.50-$20.50/hour, plus tips averaging an additional $4-6 an hour

Job Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours a week, must be able to work weekends and holidays.
