Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and alternative brewing methods.
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading a team is preferred.
• Availability for early morning and day shifts and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso and coffee-based beverages.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to baristas.
• Stay up to date on coffee blends and brewing methods.
• Oversee coffee bar efficiency and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Build relationships with guests and make product recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
