Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in wholesale bakery sanitation department and/or a minimum of three years' experience in wholesale bakery manufacturing department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sanitation requirements of bakery equipment and machinery with supervisors and maintenance.
• Prepare work schedules and assign sanitation personnel to tasks; supervise progress and completion.
• Monitor chemicals to prevent misuse and ensure safe handling practices.
• Supervise fogging and spraying of plant with insecticides as needed.
• Inspect plant for cleanliness and pest traces and enforce standards.
• Assist with employee training and communicate daily/weekly department activities.
