Job summary

Q-Tech in Spain is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to build from scratch the tools that will drive growth. You will design systems for attribution, data unification, and campaign optimization, partnering with Marketing to translate business needs into real software.

You will own the stack end-to-end, from architecture to evolution, bridging backend, data and product. Ideal candidates have experience building internal data tools, data-driven thinking, and a hands-on approach with Terraform and

Location: Spain

We are looking for aData Platform Engineerwho wants to build from scratch the tools that will drive real growth for a tech company in full scaling.

This is not the typical backend role.

Here you will design the systems that explain how the business grows: fromuser attributionhastadata unificationycampaign optimization.

What will you do?

You will work hand in hand with the marketing team to turn business needs into real systems.

You will haveownership totalover what you build: technical decisions, architecture and evolution of the platform.

Some examples of what you will do:

• Build key internal tools for growth

• Design proprietary measurement and attribution systems

• Create deep linking solutions

• Unify and process data from multiple sources (especially mobile)

• Define data architectures and pipelines

• Construir interfaces simples para equipos no técnicos

What are we looking for?

Un perfilbuilder, comfortable building from scratch and moving between backend, data and product.

Experience

• Previous experience developing internal products or data tooling

• Background in environments where data is critical to business

• Experience building systems from scratch
