Qualifications

• Expert-level NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of HubSpot

• Hands-on Agentic AI experience
• Ability to lead and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Track record of mentoring other engineers

Responsibilities

• Build new features and keep the platform fast, stable, and scalable
• Drive architecture decisions and build the resulting solutions
• Lead discussions with engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders to shape development, plan work, and identify dependencies
• Lead HubSpot development and assess its fit within the wider technology ecosystem
• Own the platform and influence its technical direction
• Mentor the team and help strengthen the platform
