Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Lead Back End Application Developer to shape the technology behind Titleist’s connected consumer experiences. You will architect and evolve backend platforms, leveraging .NET Core, AKS, and Azure services to power mobile and digital products used by golfers worldwide.

You’ll mentor developers, drive backend strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while emphasizing performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of back-end development experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience deploying microservices in AKS environments.
• Experience building service layers with Azure services (Blob Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid).
• Strong understanding of BFF for mobile/web experiences.
• Hands-on with EF Core and MS SQL Server.
• Proven enterprise integrations with external APIs and Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Service Cloud.
• OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect security implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and evolve scalable backend platforms for mobile apps and digital products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
• Define backend architecture strategy focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure solutions.
