Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer in Dallas, TX to architect, build, and scale cross‑platform web and mobile applications deployed to iOS and Android. You will work across mobile UI/UX, web interfaces, API integrations, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps in a fast-paced, agile environment with offshore teams.

The role requires deep Ionic + Angular experience with strong Node.js backend, and production‑level AWS knowledge, CI/CD, and release management.

Qualifications

• Senior candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Node.js development experience and REST API design and implementation.
• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) and relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL via AWS RDS).
• Experience with API integrations, mobile performance optimization, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale cross‑platform web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Lead an offshore backend team and collaborate with Capgemini onshore/offshore teams and client IT.
• Develop and maintain APIs behind AWS API Gateway and serverless workflows with AWS Lambda.
• Design scalable cloud-native architecture in AWS and manage CI/CD pipelines and releases.
