Acme Awning Company in the Twin Cities area is seeking an Awning Installer to join our team in Minneapolis–St. Paul. You will lead installations, install awnings and outdoor solutions, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, can lift 50+ lbs, works well with ladders and power tools, and communicates clearly with customers and team members. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Comfortable using common construction and installation tools.
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and stay active all day.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Dependable, positive, and professional.
Experience in construction, installation, or hands-on field work.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct installations, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget.
Install awnings, pergolas, and outdoor solutions with precision using ladders and tools.
Inspect installations to meet company standards and customer expectations.
Interact with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations.
Load, unload, and organize materials at the job site and shop.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
