Elliott Aviation is seeking an Avionics Wiring Crew Chief to lead complex avionics installation and modification projects from planning through aircraft delivery. You will serve as a technical expert and mentor, coordinating resources and guiding technicians to ensure high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of avionics installation and modification experience.
• Thorough knowledge of FARs 43, 91, 135, and 145.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead avionics installation and modification projects from pre-planning through aircraft delivery.
• Own project scope, scheduling, manpower, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage technicians across all phases of assigned aircraft projects.
• Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot avionics systems and components.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, maintenance and other departments.
• Mentor and develop technicians through coaching and on-the-job training.
• Support environmental, health, safety, FAA, OSHA, state, and local regulations.
