Job summary

United Aero Group is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to perform aircraft electrical and avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and installation in accordance with FAA and company requirements. The role involves documenting work, following manuals, and supporting maintenance operations to ensure quality and safety.

The position requires 5+ years of helicopter electrical experience, ability to read schematics, lead a team, and mentor technicians while maintaining

Qualifications

5+ years of helicopter electrical experience preferred.
Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts and technical publications.
Leadership capability in FAA Part 145 environment; coordinate work and priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision for avionics technicians; assign tasks and coordinate workflow.
Coach and train technicians on wiring practices and schematic interpretation.
Review work for quality and ensure documentation compliance with FAA regulations.
Coordinate with Production and QA/Inspection to resolve issues and communicate status.
Assist coworkers to complete tasks and support production schedules.
