You will guide projects from concept through design and validation, oversee sustainment and obsolescence, and collaborate with program and product engineering managers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum seven years of experience in engineering or engineering leadership.
• High level of experience with hardware engineering and related verification activities.
• Ability to build and contribute to a cohesive team environment and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, advise, and develop a team of design engineers to ensure robust products.
• Establish and improve department processes with senior leadership.
• Guide the team in evaluating options and developing effective solutions for assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to break projects into manageable work packages.
• Ensure work packages clearly define inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Lead product sustainment, obsolescence management, and root cause analysis.
• Review development lifecycle deliverables including planning, schematics, BOMs, and design reviews.
