Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of accredited aviation electronics schooling with one year related experience, or three years in avionics/electronic field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provides work direction to technicians and ensures tasks are completed on time.
• Installs/modifies/fabricates wiring and electrical components per blueprints and drawings.
• Trains team members and contributes to developing employees and techniques.
• Assists Engineering in resolving problems and performs repairs per engineering direction.
• Maintains logs and records.
• Ensures work meets regulatory requirements and customer specifications, enforces safety programs.
• Checks work for defects prior to final inspection.
