Qualifications

• Minimum a B.S. degree in Engineering or technical field with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver complex subsystems or products.
• Own project scope, risks, and delivery to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Enterprise functions to drive costs and delivery.
• Oversee data collection framework and monitor key metrics.
• Develop technical plans aligned with customer requirements and internal criteria.
• Manage lifecycle from development to production and flight operations.
