Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking a Lead AV Technician to support events at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. You will prep, operate, and strike audio-visual systems, maintain inventory, and collaborate with hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.

This role requires strong AV skills, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple events; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Lead responsibilities and professional presentation are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Versatile in all AV disciplines.
• Experienced with audio-visual technology.
• Strong customer service and overall communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds on your own.
• Self-Starter- Ability to manage multiple events at once and lead a team.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication between team members, clients, and hotel staff.
• Client-facing, customer interaction, and great customer service are essential.
• Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated.
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion.
• Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications.
• Determine equipment shortages and prepare substitutions; communicate with management.
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times.
• Follow grooming and attire policies and professionally represent INSPIRE.
