Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks AV Technicians with TS/SCI clearance to support KPS and our government customer at Fort Bragg, NC.

The role includes hands-on installation, cable routing, and system testing in a government environment, requiring US citizenship and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans, PTO, and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• US Citizen status required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be insurable.
• Experience using hand tools of the A/V and electronic trades.

Responsibilities

• Rack construction, preparing cable pathways, installation of network cabling, termination, testing and labeling of network, audio and video cables.
• Use company-approved installation methods and techniques.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures and code standards.
• Assure each system’s physical completeness matches installation drawings.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with Shop and Project Manager regarding quality, performance and schedules.
• Lead Installation Technician responsible for inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to safety practices.
