Qualifications
Five years of relevant experience with AV engineering.
Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and restore AV/VTC services.
Ability to follow escalation procedures and document actions in a ticketing system.
Responsibilities
Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise audio-visual systems.
Travel within assigned zones for support and manage AV projects.
