Job summary

Qualifications
- Five years of relevant experience with AV engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and restore AV/VTC services.
- Ability to follow escalation procedures and document actions in a ticketing system.
Responsibilities
- Support SES and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise audio-visual systems.
- Travel within assigned zones for support and manage AV projects.
