Qualifications

• Must have Virginia State Inspector License (REQUIRED).
• Extensive experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential problems or safety concerns.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and status updates.
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
