Summary of the Position

Responsible for assisting store management with supervising Automotive Technician Trainees. Supervises, directs, and motivates associates to execute timely and error-free tire and automotive services following established company policies and procedures. Assists in controlling supply expenses by conducting cycle counts and placing supply orders.

  • Performs tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections, noting conditions on vehicles, following established processes and procedures.
  • Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Maintains the service department, per housekeeping and safety standards, providing a safe and clean working environment.
  • Helps with unloading/loading trucks and warehouse duties.
  • Delegates and follows up on tasks assigned to ATT's.
  • Inventories store supplies and orders as needed through approved programs.
  • Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance of PM equipment.
  • Performs monthly cycle counts of tires.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
