Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward exceptional customer care. You will perform brake, alignment, suspension, and tire-related repairs, mentor junior technicians, and pursue ASE certifications to advance your expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience diagnosing brakes, alignment, steering and suspension.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain diagnostics and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company; bonuses for tests passed.
