We believe a true master technician should be able to make serious money when the shop has workflow, process, and opportunity. If you are hired as our Lead Automotive Technician, complete your first 90 days in good standing, follow our shop process, maintain quality work, show up consistently, and do not average at least $1,500 per full scheduled work week in gross earnings before taxes, we will pay you a $1,000 A‑Player Performance Bonus. Fine Print / Bonus Eligibility

The 90‑Day A‑Player Income Challenge is a one‑time performance bonus opportunity. Eligibility requires completion of 90 days of employment in good standing, full‑time availability, reliable attendance, compliance with shop procedures, quality workmanship, proper documentation, and management approval. Gross weekly earnings are calculated before taxes and based only on full scheduled work weeks completed. Partial weeks, missed time, unpaid time off, disciplinary periods, and failure to follow process may disqualify the bonus.
