Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Medina, OH seeks an Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service center. With a 5-day work week and significant weekly bonus potential, you can earn up to $150K annually based on performance.

You will inspect, diagnose, and service brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance, complete inspections, perform oil changes, mount/balance tires, and maintain high-quality service while pursuing ASE credentials.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
