Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Akron, OH, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join a state-of-the-art service center. You will diagnose and perform mechanical services, including brakes, struts, oil changes and tire work, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or equivalent training.
• Valid driver’s license required; ASE certification is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks and maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and oil/filter changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
