Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Cincinnati, OH, now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to lead our service, repair, and tire center. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, perform inspections, rotate/balance tires, and mentor teammates.

Requirements include 2+ years in automotive repair, a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is a major bonus; ability to lift 50+ pounds; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair or equivalent education/experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
