Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will lead automotive repairs, diagnostics, and tire services, and contribute to a fast-paced team.

We offer competitive weekly pay with meaningful bonus potential up to $150K annually, a 5-day work week, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive benefits. ASE support and internal promotion from within are available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
