Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while leading a team focused on customer care and satisfaction. You will mentor technicians and pursue ASE certifications as part of ongoing training.

The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, comprehensive repairs, and clear communication with customers and teammates, with a competitive flat-rate compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Strong brake diagnosis/repair capabilities and tire service.
• A.S.E. certification in multiple areas preferred; training paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in technical activities.
