Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician in Nashville, TN to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. You will diagnose brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and A/C with ongoing formal training and a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, maintaining ASE certifications within two years, and communicating complex issues clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Able to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Obtain/maintain ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical teammates or customers.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics; mentor others to improve customer care and satisfaction.
