Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Florida is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership to mentor a team and lift customer care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension.
• Skilled in auto maintenance & tire repair.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical and suspension systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Aim to obtain/maintain ASE certifications within two years.
