Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and enhance customer care. A $2,000–$3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The position pays a flat-rate hourly range of $22.90 to $49.10, with performance-based earnings and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair; Alignment/steering/suspension; General auto maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, computer systems).
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company-paid tests/fees; bonuses for tests passed.
