Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Pearland, TX is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership skills to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction.

You will diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension, A/C and computer systems, and pursue ASE certifications within the first two years of employment, with pay reflecting regional compensation and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• 3 years of automotive repair experience or vocational training.
• ASE certification in at least one A1–A8; progress toward additional tests is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid training.
• Train and assist technicians; maintain safety and quality standards.
