Tire City in Fresno, CA is seeking a Lead Automotive Service Technician to identify service needs, supervise repairs and maintenance, and ensure quality workmanship. You will diagnose drivability issues, coordinate with parts, and uphold safety standards while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (wheel/tire, alignment, diagnostic, AC systems).
• Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Preferred certifications: ASE or Michigan state certification.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance to include drivability issues.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to include air conditioning repairs.
• Documents services performed.
• Requests necessary parts.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
