Barren Troy Holdings in Falcon, Colorado, is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician for our high-volume, full-service repair center. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, bring your own comprehensive toolset, and take pride in quality and timely workmanship.

This role offers uncapped weekly pay with top performers earning over six figures annually, a benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401k match, PTO, and support for ASE certifications and further education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections to provide to the customer.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

We are currently seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess their own comprehensive set of tools, and take pride in delivering quality and timely work. Our technicians' weekly pay is uncapped, with top performers earning over $100K annually!

Compensation

• Weekly Guarantee: $1,000 - $1,800 depending on qualifications
• Commission Potential - $75,000 - $110,000 or more per year
