Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying security solutions for embedded automotive systems.
• Expertise in automotive communication protocol security (CAN bus hardening, Ethernet intrusion detection).
• Cryptographic engineering for resource-constrained environments (ECC optimization, post-quantum crypto prototyping).
• Experience with automotive security toolchains (JTAG, UART, Trace32, Vector CANoe, Wireshark, SOME/IP dissectors, ODX/PDX scripting, UDS exploit development).
• Strong systems programming in C/C++/Rust for bare-metal/RTOS, incl. secure OTA and RTOS security.
• Experience leading security initiatives: threat modeling, secure code reviews, mentoring.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive security components.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity architectures compliant with ISO/SAE 21434 and UN R155 CSMS across vehicle lifecycle.
• Implement UN R156 SUMS with secure OTA, cryptographic verification, and ECU version control.
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments (TARA) per ISO 21434 Annex C and UN R155 vulnerabilities.
• Design hardware-rooted security controls for automotive SoCs (secure boot, HSM, TEE).
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet ISO 21434 supply-chain and UN R155 obligations.
• Develop automotive security requirements for AI/ML in autonomous driving.
