MSR Technology Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Engineer to drive end-to-end design and development of new systems and products. You will lead technical efforts, ensure customer requirements and quality standards, and act as a trusted SME for internal teams and external partners from inception through production.

Competenze

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Automotive Engineering and Design.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering practices (GD&T, DOE, FMEA, DFM, CAD applications, statistical analysis, etc.) and applicable product lines.
• High proficiency in CATIA V5 alongside product development and design capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of CAE tools and the ability to accurately interpret results.
• Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality tools, and DFMEA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
