The position demands 50–55 hours weekly, with 11-hour shifts, rotating nights and weekends, and a focus on driving financial metrics and maintaining service standards in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven profitability and strong business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
