Join us as a Lead Automotive Mechanic at Starkey, Inc.

Job Overview

As a Lead Automotive Technician, you will diagnose and repair company vehicles to ensure safety and comfort for employees and clients. Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostics, evaluating and scheduling maintenance, oil changes, A/C and brake services, engine and electrical repairs across a variety of vehicles, from minivans to paratransit buses and wheelchair lifts. Collaborate with a team to solve technical problems efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
• ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Brakes, A/C, Suspension, Engine)
• Valid driver’s license with a good record for at least 2 years
• At least 5 years of vehicle maintenance experience, preferably with fleet vehicles
• Experience with DOT vehicles, electrical, and hydraulic systems
