Job summary

Main Street Auto in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and supervise a team of technicians. You will collaborate with the service advisor on estimates and ensure high-quality workmanship.

The role requires staying current with automotive technology, mentoring staff, and delivering excellent customer service. Working hours are 8:00–5:30, Monday–Friday, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as automotive technician focusing on diagnostics and repairs.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
• Excellent time management and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure quality workmanship.
