Job summary

You will deliver quality workmanship and clear recommendations to help customers and the shop succeed.

You will perform diagnostic testing, complete maintenance services, document findings, and support service advisors with accurate inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
• Customer-focused communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostic testing.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance issues.
• Diagnose root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Complete maintenance services including brakes, tires, alignments, oil changes, suspension, batteries, and other vehicle systems.
• Verify repairs through testing and quality control procedures.
• Document inspection findings accurately and communicate repair recommendations clearly to Service Advisors.
• Support customer safety and preventative maintenance programs.
