Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical and electromechanical automation systems. You will supervise engineering and field service personnel, guiding projects from concept to installation while collaborating with customers on robust proposals.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least seven years of related experience, and CAD proficiency (SolidWorks) with familiarity in CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in mechanical or automation design.
• Experience leading engineering teams preferred.
• Strong CAD skills, especially SolidWorks, and data analysis abilities.
