Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers across multiple recycling centers, driving automation projects from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological advancement and standardize equipment and processes while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

The role requires mentoring engineers, ensuring environmental and safety compliance, and delivering high-impact automation

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Automation Engineering.
• Bachelor's in Engineering; Masters degrees are welcome and preferred.
• Experience in battery recycling or smelting operations strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across multiple sites to execute automation projects.
