Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Lead Automation Engineer to advance the quality, reliability, and speed of our software delivery. You will own test automation for core product capabilities, evolve frameworks, and partner across Engineering to build quality into the development lifecycle.

You will mentor QA engineers, drive testing strategies toward CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features with speed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of test automation or quality engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
  • Led medium to large scale projects and mentored QA Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver test automation scripts in services to validate core revenue features.
  • Provide oversight for features delivered by other engineers through code and design reviews.
  • Evolve test automation frameworks and testing strategies toward a CI/CD model.
  • Mentor QA Engineers and scale testing capabilities.
  • Coordinate bug tracking, test prioritization and release with scrum teams.

The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of Happen Bank's Total Rewards package.
