Job summary
Vantage Consulting is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer specializing in Emerson DeltaV to support a client in Raleigh, NC. You will lead DeltaV programming from scratch, manage the full automation lifecycle, and ensure GMP documentation.
The role requires 5+ years in DeltaV and Life Sciences, with strong project experience and S88 Batch process exposure. Direct Hire salary range $110,000-$140,000 base, with additional benefits such as PTO, 401K match, healthcare coverage, and a yearly bonus.

- Full lifecycle project experience.
- S88 Batch process experience.

Job description
Direct Hire: $110,000-140,000 base
Contract: $60-$80/hour with health benefits (W2 Contract - $131k-$166k total compensation)
We're searching for a Senior Automation Engineer (Delta V) to support a customer in Raleigh, NC and complete technical Automation projects in the LifeSciences industry.
You will be responsible for programming from scratch with Emerson DeltaV, completing the full Automation process, building relationships with both new and existing customers, and complete required GMP documentation.
- 5+ years of programming Emerson DeltaV systems from scratch
- 5+ years of Life Sciences/Biotechnology experience
- Full lifecycle project experience
- S88 Batch process experience
