Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field and 7 years of experience, or 10 years’ equivalent work experience.
• 3 years in a manager or supervisory capacity leading team sizes greater than 5.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Employment eligibility in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Directs all Automation and AI projects.
• Supervises a group of salaried employees.
• Develops engineers for improved performance and broadens knowledge across engineering disciplines.
• Prepares reports of project status and performance for senior leadership.
• Maintains communications with vendors and customers to support design for manufacturing capability and value.
• Approves documents and procedures related to production processes.
• Sets priorities and oversees projects within the group.
• Leads cost reduction and standardization efforts across processes.
• Hires new employees and conducts performance appraisals.
