Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in experimental science or related fields.
• Deep expertise in experimental optimization and principled decision-making.
• Experience leading large interdisciplinary teams across science, automation, ML, and data platforms.
• Ability to operate in matrixed governance and translate science into technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research priorities, execution plans, and program milestones.
• Translate objectives into experimental priorities and campaign plans.
• Lead initiatives across synthetic chemistry, catalysis, process chemistry, ML, automation, and data processing.
• Develop standardized experimental traces and metadata for quality control.
