Job summary

A leading tire and auto service company in Braintree, Massachusetts, is seeking a Lead Technician to leverage their technical expertise for diagnosing various automotive systems. In this role, you'll lead a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and performance through effective mentoring and continuous training. Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various automotive systems to specifications.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.

Skills

Brakes diagnosis/repair

Alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair

General automotive maintenance

Ability to communicate technical information

Education

A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1 – A8

Completion of Vocational-Technical School Program
