Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Restaurant Management Team Leader to guide a 10- to 15-person crew in a fast-paced outdoor car wash setting. You will lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.

• Assist in leading a small team of 10 -15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun!
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
